YUMA, Ariz. – A man was arrested suspected of conducting fraudulent schemes and contractor licensing violation.
Yuma County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) officials say they arrested Bob Armbruster after he allegedly took money from a victim in exchange for work, but never did any work.
Deputies say the investigation began in March when the victim first reported Armbruster failing to do the work agreed.
Armbuster, a Yuma resident, was booked into the Yuma County Detention Center.
